I am watching my favorite tree for signs of blooming. Nothing yet but I am ready!
We did spend some time out on the front porch this weekend. I actually sat down and read a magazine (almost) cover to cover! Wow! I cannot remember the last time I did that. The sun was shining the birds were singing and until Connor let Maggy out and she slimmed me Beethoven style things were nearly perfect.

I am envious. I can picture Conner having to disturb the calm and relaxed mood. Maggie would have just made me feel all the better, slime and all. The fact that you were in the front of the house means that you were not disturbed by the one man Heavy Metal Band. I can't imagine what could have made the day any more enjoyable, unless you would have been drinking coffee from that $600.00 coffee maker that I may have mentioned in your last blog. Either all three of my loving daughters didn't read the blog that day, or are ignoring what their allways generous father said. That coffee pot could be my saving grace when Chris G. puts me out to pasture in my refrigerator box under the bridge. I guess I can go sit outside now, and try to relax knowing that no new Camarros will be roaring in and out of the drive to bother me, I'll not be receiving any calls from a Body Shop Manager, and most importantly will not have to listen to the sound of someone learning to play the clarinet. Life is good.
