Well, we have almost made it to the weekend. Chris had to pick up Connor from school yesterday, he had a 101 temp. Luckily, we already had him scheduled for his annual checkup so we got him right into the Dr.
Connor is all about analyzing risk, on the way to the Dr. he asked Chris if he was going to have to get a shot. Chris told him he wasn't sure. Not good enough "what % chance do I have of getting a shot?" Chris told him 10% chance. Uh oh, time for the Chicken Pox booster. Who knew we were boosting for Chicken Pox now? Connor does not like it when we are wrong - I think 50% would have been a safer answer.
For all of you Idol watchers, how did the best friend not get through - you know the one, the best friend to the guy who lost his wife? I would have totally voted for him over the geek in the striped sweater??? Oh well, at least we have a roughneck - that ought to make the Dallas crowd happy.

Oh no! Has Conner been kissing girls too? Was it the same girl as AJ...I know brothers share a lot of things but really? Hope he feels better soon!
ReplyDeleteDoes Connor have mono too - you know it is highly contagious the good news is if you get it Chris won't since he has better things to do than kiss girls! I would like to hear more on Lisa's comments on brothers sharing things as she has 3 boys is there a story there?
ReplyDeleteOK on the whole Idol thing they take months to decide and then can't get it right - I am so over it! Tatiana! Are you kidding??
That was my point...that is the one thing I don't think they share...girls! But hey, things might be different other places...what do I know!
ReplyDeleteI have solved all the Idol problems. It was very easy. I just quit watching it. I hope Conner feels better. He can now let his friends wonder which girl gave him Mono even if he doesn't have it. Somehow I know that he will play this to his advantage.
ReplyDeleteDid Connor say, but-but-but Dad said only 10% chance of a shot. Idol has to have drama or no one would watch. I'm more worried about how America will vote. If our last election was any indication , we are in for a wierd season.
