So last Tuesday they took the couch in the family room away because it was supposed to be connected with brackets. When you went to sit in it the sectional was sliding on the hardwood and parting like the red-sea. My OCD was in overdrive trying to keep it perfectly aligned. We were supposed to have it back on Thursday - no go! Now we are hoping for Monday. I did not realize how much time we spent in that room together, oh well - I bet I will get a lot done this weekend since sitting in front of the TV is not an option. I guess the DVR shows will wait.

Poor Chris! What will he do? Now he will really be visable sitting in his chair to anyone that should come to the front door. He may have to go to Home Depot and get some of that brown painters paper to cover the windows in the front doors.
ReplyDeleteIt's a shame that all that space is going to waste. Maybe you should bring the basketball hoop in from the driveway. It would be like the three boys would have their own gym.
I thought Chris would get out that bucket of tools and connect the couch together. You will have a lot of HGTV to catch up on. Luckily most are re-reuns.
ReplyDeleteThats a good idea papa. The basketball hoop would fit good in there. Im suprised Dad hasnt done anything about the window situation yet. I should ask the neighbors to come look in the window just to irritate him. If theres one thing ive learned while living with dad, the man loves his privacy.
